Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority!  If you would like to exchange or return your wall decal or wall decal sticker for any reason we will be happy to replace it for an item in a different size or color.  Please see our policies listed below.  Thank you for being our valued customer! 

  • We will accept returns on any item that is not custom in nature (such as a custom quote) as long as it has not been used in any way. 
  • Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase.
  • Our products are guaranteed to be free of defects.  We will replace any defective items. 
  • Please contact our customer service department before sending an item back to us.  We can be reached via our Contact Form on our website or by phone at (855) 337-8055 from 9am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday – Friday.
  • BanksyShop is not responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be made to the credit card, PayPal or Google Checkout account used at the time of purchase.  If the original credit card used is no longer valid, store credit will be issued instead. 
  • We recommend using the original shipping tube for return orders.
  • The original invoice must be included with each return.
  • Allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. 
  • BanksyShop is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments during a return.  Therefore we recommend a service that provides a tracking number and insurance.

  • You may cancel your order within 48 hours of your transaction.
  • You may also make changes to your order within 48 hours after placing it free of charge. After this time a fee of 15% of the original unit price will be applied since the vinyl used to produce it will already have begun processing.
  • One of our customer representative must authorize any changes to your order.  Please contact us by phone or send us an email to to request any changes.
